PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are due within thirty days of the date of the invoice. Product will not be shipped to past due accounts.
FREIGHT Ground freight is paid for by the shipper on orders of $1,500 or more. Shipping and handling charges on orders less than this amount are the responsibility of the Customer and will be added to the invoice. FOB, Madison, Virginia.
EXCHANGE OF STOCK Unused stock can be exchanged for other models of equal value within ninety days of shipment. Lamps will be accepted only with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). There will be a 25% restocking charge to cover the costs of handling, unpacking, inspecting, and repackaging. No exchanges will be accepted after ninety days from the date of the invoice. Returned lamps cannot be used for credit or used as debits against existing invoices.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Lamps are covered by our warranty policy when used in accordance with the factory installation procedures. The warranty goes into effect on the day of shipment. Defective merchandise will be exchanged only with an RGA. Proof of purchase and receipt of the defective lamps are required. WATT-MAN LED Lighting is not responsible for return shipping costs of defective merchandise.
